Karenza Cottage has an open plan living room and kitchen / dining area situated on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker (ceramic hob & fan oven), extractor hood, microwave, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. Cutlery, an iron (and board) and vacuum cleaner are also provided.
The sitting room has comfortable couches and chairs and a colour TV/video and micro hi-fi system.
The shower room has a large shower area, washbasin, WC and shaver point.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with the view of the harbour and the bay. One room has a double bed and the other has twin beds which can be used as a double. Duvets are provided but guests should bring their own bed-linen and towels.
Heating is by gas fired stove and electric heaters. The electricity and gas charges are included in the rent.
A selection of books, videos, board games and puzzles are provided.

Please note that this is non-smoking accommodation. Also, it should be pointed out, that the cottage is not suitable for small children or pets.
The steep narrow staircase may make it unsuitable for anyone infirm.

Karenza Cottage is situated in the centre of historic Penzance and is ideal for exploring this part of Cornwall. St Ives, Lands End, numerous beaches and magnificent coastal and country walks are all nearby.
The cottage was originally a fisherman's home named after his fishing boat "Karenza". Now completely refurbished and modernised it provides compact, comfortable accommodation for up to four people.
Although in a quiet location, situated away from the road along a cobbled private path, it is a few minutes walk from all the central amenities of Penzance. The renowned Chapel Street is nearby with its varied choice of restaurants, historic public houses and antique and collectables shops.
